Q. Are your rhinestones Swarovski crystals?

A. No, they are not. They are a very good quality but less expensive hot fix crystal rhinestone that is good for most any embellishment project.

Q. Are these rhinestones equal in quality to Swarovski?

A. No, they are not as brilliant, but they are very nice. If you are making an evening gown or dance costume, you might want to pay more for the Swarovski but otherwise, I'm sure you will be very happy with the quality and the price of these.

Q. Can clothing that has had hot-fix rhinestones applied to it be washed in the washing machine and dried in a dryer?

A. Yes, once the glue has cooled, the rhinestone is permanent.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes, we ship to many international countries. If you are not able to check out through the cart, your country is not supported. Please contact me if you have questions.

Q.Do you offer wholesale prices?

A. The Rhinestone Combos page has combo packs with quantity discounted prices. The combos were originally intended to be wholesale packs but we have made the available to anyone who needs a larger quantity of hot fix rhinestones. If you don't find what you need there, you may request a custom combo pack. Custom packs must be at least 8,640 rhinestones or more.
