ORDERS: This website will accept US, Canada other international orders. Shipping is charged accordingly.  Jubilee Rhinestones is not responsible for shipments once they have been placed with the Postal Service and a certificate of mailing or delivery confirmation number has been received.

PAYMENTS: All payments are received through Paypal.  Paypal is a safe and easy payment option for using credit cards online. You do not have to have a paypal account to check out through paypal. Please email me if you have questions or problems.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped promptly via US Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Shipping is calculated in the shopping cart depending on your destination address.  You may add items to cart before purchasing to see shipping options and rates.

RETURNS: Returns are allowed on defective BeJewelers only. No refunds will be issued. The defective product will be replaced. (I have never yet found a defective BeJeweler! This is a quality tool.) No returns or refunds on the hot fix rhinestones or supplies.
